China Forestry International Development (CFID) Headquartered in Luzira Kampala is currently hiring Site Surveyors ( 2 ) to work on On-site projects in the Factory based in Kapeeka, Nakaseke District
Job responsibilities
1. Conduct on-site measurements for projects including factories, roads, buildings, foundations, drainage ditches and fences.
2. Perform layout, positioning, elevation, distance and area measurements according to drawing specifications.
3. Operate surveying instruments such as levels, total stations, GPS units, tape measures and laser distance meters.
4. Record field measurement data accurately, ensuring its clear, complete and factual.
5. Coordinate with construction teams, excavator operators and concrete pouring crews to complete on-site construction positioning
6. Recheck dimensions, elevations and positions after construction is completed
Job Requirements
1. Must be farmiliar with basic surveying methods and able to read simple construction drawings
