Position: Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and campaigns).
- Manage daily social media activities and community engagement.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, campaigns, and company initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta, Ads Manager or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Location: Kampala, Uganda
