The Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that align with our strategic objectives. This is a role for a technically proficient professional who is passionate about innovation and high-quality user experiences.
Core Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Development: Design, code, and deploy web and mobile applications.
- System Integration: Connect solutions with CRM platforms (like Salesforce) and third-party APls.
- Process Automation: Develop tools to automate policy issuance and claims processing.
- Data Security: Implement best practices for data protection and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
- Experience: 3-5 years in software development.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred
- Problem-Solver: Proven success in deploying applications that improve operational efficiency.
Your Impact:
- Achieve 99.9% system uptime for critical applications.
- Reduce manual processing time by at least 20% through smart automation.
- Deliver at least two major software updates or applications annually.
