CHIL AI LAB is Hiring: Sustainability Officers (2 Positions)

CHIL AI LAB is the innovation and implementation partner behind Dettol Hygiene Quest Uganda, working in collaboration with Reckitt to advance sustainable hygiene solutions in schools and health facilities across Uganda.

Through technology, partnerships, and behavior-change programs, CHIL AI LAB is helping build healthier communities and long-term access to hygiene systems.

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sustainability Officers to support the continued growth of the Dettol Hygiene Quest program through strategic partnerships and market-based sustainability approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sustainable engagement models with participating schools and health facilities
• Strengthen relationships with institutions to promote continued adoption of hygiene solutions
• Identify opportunities that enhance program continuity through institutional uptake of hygiene products
• Build partnerships with administrators, procurement teams, and decision-makers
• Support revenue-generating approaches that sustain hygiene interventions beyond donor or project support Track growth, retention, and long-term impact across partner institutions Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, institutional sales, or partnership management
• Strong understanding of schools and health facility markets in Uganda
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive sustainable growth
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills Self-driven, innovative, and impact-focused
