TEAM LEADER – SACCO ASSURANCE (3 Positions
CIC Africa Life Assurance (U) Ltd is looking for TEAM LEADER – SACCO ASSURANCE to lead and develop high-performing sales teams to grow Individual Life Business portfolio.
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP); a professional sales or marketing qualification is an added advantage.
- Valid IRA Agent License.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory role within the Insurance or Financial Services Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, supervision, training, and computer skills.
