TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: KAWEMPE
Reddy’s Pharma Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Supervisor to oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and support efficient production operations within our Engineering Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily operations and maintenance of filling, blending, and ancillary/laboratory equipment.
- Conduct inspections and promptly address equipment defects and process deviations.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting in accordance with SOPs.
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with cMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, train, and develop technical staff while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and HACCP requirements.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and computer applications such as Excel and Word is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
