Territory Business Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and implementing the Territory’s strategy to deliver on customer additions and revenue numbers.

  • Develop sales strategies to address grow CMS (Customer Market Share), SOGA (Share of Gross Add) and RMS Revenue Market Share.
  • Utilize market research and effective competitor analysis to develop and implement sales plan/strategies that will give Airtel an edge over completion.
  • Develop strategies to drive site wise performance on gross adds, E-recharge and Airtel Money within the Territory.
  • Act as a consultant on planned Marketing campaigns within the territory.
  • Track & evaluate campaign effectiveness within the territory.
  • Ensure Brand visibility within the territory.
  • Tracking of Territory Network key perfomance indicators on service delivery and site productivity.
  • Come up with strategies to address all Low revenue sites in the territory and ensure they optimally deliver as required by the business.
  • Drive desired customer experience in all Airtel Experience centres/ touch points in the territory.
  • Manage, develop and motivate staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
  • 4-7 proven successful years of sales with a combination of direct and indirect (distributors) market approach in the Telecommunications Industry or FMCG environment.
