Your role
- Establish, develop and scale ZARIBEE operations in Uganda
- Drive revenue growth and operational excellence
- Lead a high-performing team and build strong partnerships
- Ensure portfolio quality, customer satisfaction and sustainable impact

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in motorcycle financing or hire-purchase in Africa
- Experience in boda community engagement & working with distributors/dealers is an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead ZARIBEE business strategy & operations
- Drive sales growth, profitability and market expansion
- Manage risk, collections & portfolio quality
- Build & develop a high-performance team
- Collaborate across markets and global functions
