CASHIER – NAALYA BRANCH

(WITH ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Basic accounting knowledge and ability to handle financial records.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to use POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Receive payments and issue accurate receipts to customers.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and cash records.
• Handle cash, mobile money, and other payment transactions responsibly.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
• Assist with stock and inventory records where required.
• Provide excellent customer service and support smooth café operations.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook meals according to Breen Cafe standards.
• Ensure food is properly prepared, cooked, and presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area.

• Assist with preparation of ingredients before service.

• Participate in stock taking and proper management of kitchen ingredients.

WAITRESSES & WAITERS – GAYAZA BRANCH

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Well-presented, polite, and welcoming.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Barista is an added advantage.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness practices.
• Honest, reliable, and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and maintain high quality standards.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, fresh juices, and other beverages according to Breen Cafe standards.
• Ensure consistency in the quality and presentation of all beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, beverages, and related supplies, and report shortages.
• Participate in stock taking and proper storage of beverage ingredients.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

CHEF – GAYAZA BRANCH

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to prepare quality meals consistently.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Honest, reliable, and a good team player.
• Ability to manage kitchen supplies and participate in stock taking.
