SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Sales and Marketing Manager
JOB PURPOSE
To promote and sell the company’s tomato sauce and chili sauce products, acquire new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and recruit new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and institutions.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to management.
- Ensure timely order collection and customer servicing
- Support product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in debt collection and customer account management.
- Maintain positive relationships with all customers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valid riding permit or driver’s license is an added advantage
