Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field
· 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or call centre roles
· Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
· Computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp Business)
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
