ROADWORKS PROJECT
FHF Global Co. Ltd is seeking experienced, dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team for an ongoing Roadworks Project.
The project scope covers the execution of works under the following:
- DRAINAGE (including open drains, subsoil drainage, culverts, kerbing, concrete-lined open drains, stone pitching, gabions and related works);
- EARTHWORKS AND PAVEMENT LAYERS OF GRAVEL OR CRUSHED STONE (including clearing, grubbing, excavations, fills, subgrade layers, subbase and road base layers, and related works);
- STRUCTURES (including box culverts, formwork, concrete, steel reinforcement, and related works).
1. Project Manager
10+ years
• Overall leadership and management of the project.
• Planning, coordination, resource allocation and budget control.
• Liaison with the main contractor, client, consultant and stakeholders.
• Monitoring cost, time, quality, HSE and contract performance.
• Approval of work programs, method statements and reports.
• Strong knowledge of road construction contracts and FIDIC conditions.
2. Senior Roads Engineer
10+ years
• Design review, technical planning and implementation of roadworks.
• Review of test results, materials and construction methods.
• Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan and technical documentation.
• Provide engineering support to the Project Manager and site team.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings and standards.
3. Planning Engineer
7+ years
• Preparation of project schedules, look-ahead plans and work programs.
Monitoring progress against baseline and reporting.
Identify delays and recommend mitigation measures.
Resource planning, cost loading and cash flow forecasting.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 / MS Project and related tools.
4. Construction Manager (with Knowledge in Materials)
6+ years
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities across all work fronts.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate site teams, equipment and subcontractors.
• Monitor productivity, program and resolve site challenges.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, sourcing and testing.
5. Foremen (Earthworks, Structural & Drainage) – 3 Positions
7+ years
• Supervise field operations for Earthworks, Structures and Drainage.
• Ensure works are executed to specification, on time and safely.
• Manage crews, equipment and daily tasks.
Ensure proper records, measurements and reporting.
• Report progress and challenges to the Construction Manager.
6. EHS Officer
5+ years (Roadworks experience required)
• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with legal and client HSE requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture on site.
7. HR Supervisor
3+ years
Manage daily HR operations and employee relations.
Recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and records management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Support performance management and training coordination.
Provide HR support to site management and staff.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in road construction projects.
Strong knowledge of relevant standards, specifications and construction practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
