WE’RE HIRING | LANDLORD & TENANT RELATIONS OFFICERS (2 POSITIONS)

RentBeta is looking for two Landlord & Tenant Relations Officers to join our growing team and help us transform the way Uganda pays rent.
This is a field-based role where you’ll spend your time visiting properties, onboarding tenants, engaging landlords and brokers, following up on rent payments, and helping thousands of Ugandans access more affordable and stress-free renting.
What you’ll do:
– Onboard tenants onto the RentBeta platform
– Visit landlords, property managers and rental properties
– Follow up on rent payments and collections
– Build and manage relationships with brokers and property managers
– Educate customers about RentBeta’s products and services
– Represent the company during market activations and community outreach
– Provide valuable market feedback to improve our products
We’re looking for someone who:
– Has excellent communication and people skills
– Is self-driven and enjoys working independently
– Is comfortable working in the field
– Can build relationships and negotiate confidently
– Is proficient in using a computer and software systems
– Has a Diploma or Degree (any field)
– Has experience in sales, customer service, collections, community outreach or business development (preferred)
– Can ride a motorbike (added advantage)
