WASSHA Africa Uganda Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Officer (Lugisu) to join our growing team in Kampala and support our network of agents and customers across Uganda.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Officer, you’ll be the vital connection between WASSHA, our customers, and our field teams. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer support, strengthening agent relationships, and helping drive business growth through timely communication and problem resolution.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-class support to customers and agents via phone.
  • Analyse sales trends and engage agents to improve performance.
  • Support Marketing Officers and Representatives in the field by resolving queries and tracking assigned tasks.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Update sales records, issue commissions, and monitor field activities using WASSHA’s digital platforms.
  • Help deliver an outstanding customer experience while contributing to WASSHA’s mission of expanding energy access.

We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience (less than one year is acceptable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements

Essential: Lugisu, Luganda, English

Added Advantage:

Ability to speak at least one additional Ugandan language.

Duty Station: Kampala
