HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (1)
A dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our talent and culture strategy in Uganda’s fast-growing Fintech sector. This role is ideal for an HR profesional who can attract high-demand talent, strengthen people systems, and help build an innovative, inclusive workplace as the organization scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, field agents, and other high-priority positions.
- Implement agile performance management systems that support accountability, growth, and continuous feedback.
- Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, employee engagement. and organizational culture
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with the Uganda Employment Act and other relevant labor requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 4 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced technology, fintech, or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Passion for financial inclusion and building people-centered workplace cultures.
- Integrity and strong work ethic.
- Age 35 Years and above.
HEAD OF FINANCE (1)
A meticulous and highly analytical person to lead financial operations, advanced statement preparation, and regulatory compliance within Uganda’s fintech sector. This role requires a finance leader who can strengthen reporting discipline, improve financial systems, and ensure full compliance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end preparation of FRS-compliant financial statements.
- Use advanced finance tools such as NetSuite, Sage, and Power Bl to automate multi-currency reconciliations and build dynamic financial models.
- Oversee timely statutory reporting to the Bank of Uganda under the National Payment Systems Act.
- Manage Uganda Revenue Authority tax filings and ensure ongoing compliance with statutory obligations.
- Coordinate external audits and maintain strong internal financial controls.
Qualifications and Experience
- Fully certified CPA (U) or ACCA member.
- More than 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- At least 3 years leading financial reporting and compliance functions
- Experience in a regulated fintech, telecom, banking, or similarly complex financial environment.
- Strong command of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, financial systems, and audit coordination.
- High integrity and strong work ethic.
ACCOUNTANT (2)
A detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-. day financial operations and maintain accurate, reliable ledgers. This role is suited to a hands-on accounting professional who is comfortable with reconciliations, statutory returns, and month-end close support.
Key Responsibilities
- Post daily journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform high-volume reconciliations across bank statements and digital payment channels.
- Prepare and submit monthly statutory returns, including VAT, WHT, PAYE, and NSSF, through the Uganda Revenue Authority portal.
- Provide trial balance documentation and supporting schedules for month-end close and annual audits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least part-qualified in CPA (U) or ACCA, with Level 2 minimum progress preferred
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Proficiency with accounting tools such as
QuickBooks, Sage, or advanced Excel - Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance discipline.
- High integrity and strong work ethic.
COMPANY DRIVER (1)
As our Company Driver, you’ll be more than just the person behind the wheel—you’ll be the link that keeps our operations moving smoothly.
From transporting light goods and documents to
ensuring our staff and clients arrive safely at their destinations, your role will directly influence our efficiency, reputation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, goods, and materials to designated locations.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and serviced according to schedule.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports
Qualifications and Experience
- A valid driver’s license of either Class B or D1 with no restrictions and a clean driving record.
- Proven driving experience of at least 7 years, preferably as a company or commercial driver.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
