We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resource Outsourcing Assistant to support our HR Outsourcing operations and ensure efficient delivery of HR services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administration of outsourced employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
Assist in recruitment activities including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, employee correspondence, and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying payroll information.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and disciplinary documentation.
Support statutory compliance and employee file audits.
Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide administrative support.
Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports and management dashboards.
Liaise with clients to ensure timely delivery of HR outsourcing services.
Support offboarding processes including exit documentation and clearance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR Option), Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, Administration, Recruitment, or Payroll. Experience in an HR consultancy or outsourcing environment is an added advantage.
Membership or registration with the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of Ugandan Labour Laws and HR best practices.
Experience using HRIS or payroll systems will be an added advantage.
