We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Human Resource Outsourcing Coordinator to support our growing operations in Uganda. The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day HR outsourcing activities, ensure compliance with employment legislation, support outsourced employees, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate HR operations for outsourced employees assigned to client organizations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary correspondence, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, employee benefits, and leave administration.
Ensure compliance with Uganda’s labour laws and internal HR policies.
Support employee relations by addressing staff concerns and coordinating disciplinary and grievance processes.
Monitor employee attendance, performance, probation reviews, and contract renewals.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate training and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management and clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely HR support and regular communication.
Support business development initiatives by participating in client meetings and HR projects.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within an HR outsourcing, consulting, or multi-client environment.
Sound knowledge of Uganda Employment Act and labour regulations.
Experience handling payroll administration and statutory compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HRIS or payroll systems will be an added advantage.
