Duties & Responsibilities
- Receiving and responding to phone calls from clients!
- Social media management
- Scheduling and confirming site inspections with clients and company agents.
- Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and managing office files
- Making regular follow-ups with clients regarding appointments, property visits, and feedback.
- Support marketing activities and office events
- Handle office supplies, inventory and procurements
- Record Keeping, updating client databases and office documents
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any Business Course
- Good at marketing and sales
- Fluency in English and Luganda
- Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational and time management skills
