Fountain Palace Hotel & Suites is a new luxury hospitality destination committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, outstanding service, and world-class hospitality standards.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will prepare premium coffee beverages, maintain beverage quality standards, and provide exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty hot and cold drinks.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality through proper grinder calibration and extraction techniques.
• Create latte art and specialty coffee presentations where required.
• Recommend beverages and menu items to guests.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies.
• Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Process guest transactions accurately using the hotel POS system.
• Support restaurant, banquet, and conference operations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café, hotel, or restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of espresso preparation, milk texturing, and coffee extraction.
• Barista certification is considered an asset.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Food Handler’s Certificate preferred.
• Experience using POS systems and basic inventory controls.
