We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender who is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Provide beverage recommendations and food pairing suggestions to guests.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Monitor and replenish bar inventory, supplies, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas and equipment.
• Process payments accurately using the hotel POS system.
• Support hotel functions, conferences, and special events.
• Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or upscale hospitality setting.
• Mixology certification is considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Food Handler’s Certificate preferred.

• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
