Bolga Communication is seeking motivated and results-driven Call Center Agents to join our growing telesales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telesales and promote company products/services
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets
- Generate and qualify new sales leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on prospects to support sales conversion
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong telesales and communication skills
- Proven ability in sales conversion and target achievement
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities
- Self-driven, persuasive, and goal-oriented
Location Requirement
Applicants should preferably reside in or around Kireka, Bweyogerere, Kirinya or Banda
