The Customer Service Apprentice supports the end-to-end processing of operational files by creating, updating and tracking shipments in the business software while ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. They coordinate actions across internal teams and stakeholders in line with SOPs, following up on customs, transport and delivery processes under supervision. The role also includes basic financial and documentation checks, with escalation of discrepancies and operational issues to management.
