POSITION: GRADUATE TRAINEE – BROILER FARM (02 POSITIONS)

Station: Semuto

At HMH-KUKU LTD, we believe shared prosperity begins with people who care. We are looking for passionate and eager-to-learn Graduate Trainees to join our Broiler Farm team and build a strong foundation in poultry production and farm operations.

What you will learn and support:

• Support day-to-day broiler farm operations under supervision
• Participate in bird health monitoring, mortality recording, and reporting
• Support vaccination and medication programs
• Learn flock management practices, including feeding, watering, temperature, and litter management
• Support farm hygiene, biosecurity, and cleanliness standards
• Assist in monitoring farm equipment and reporting maintenance needs Participate in farm reporting, stock management, and operational planning

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Animal Health and Animal Production or Animal Science from a recognized institution
• Strong interest in poultry farming and broiler production
• Willingness to learn and work in a farm environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• A positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to grow
