Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Growth & Marketing Lead to help expand the visibility and reach of Prepared Finance.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing, audience growth, online engagement, and modern sales funnels. Your primary mission will be to help more people discover Prepared Finance and generate consistent leads through strategic marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Grow Prepared Finance visibility across social media platforms
- Create and coordinate engaging content campaigns
- Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp marketing efforts
- Generate leads and drive website traffic
- Support brand awareness and community engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and improve results
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion pipelines
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Experience with social media growth strategies
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and produce measurable results
- Basic graphic/content coordination skills are an added advantage
- Passion for entrepreneurship, business, and financial empowerment
