We’re looking for ambitious, self-driven Growth Executives who enjoy meeting people, building relationships and earning based on performance. This is a fully commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

 

Role Overview

As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, activating them on the Lemonade platform and ensuring they continue using the platform month after month. Your success will be measured by the growth and activity of your customer portfolio.

 

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and want full control over their earnings.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new individual and business customers.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and KYC verification.
  • Educate customers on Lemonade’s products and services.
  • Encourage customers to complete their first transaction.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure they remain active.
  • Introduce new features and products that increase customer engagement.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers within your assigned market.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and submit required activity updates.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay market insights to the Growth team.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your monthly performance will be measured using three primary metrics:

  • New Accounts – Number of new customers successfully onboarded during the month.
  • Active Accounts – Number of your customers who complete at least one transaction during the month.
  • Revenue Generated – Total platform revenue generated by customers assigned to your portfolio.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role.

 

Growth Executives earn:

  • 20% commission on all revenue generated by their customers.
  • Commission is paid monthly based on verified revenue collected through the platform.
  • There is no earning cap—the more your customers transact, the more you earn.

 

Because commissions are tied to recurring customer activity, Growth Executives are encouraged to build lasting relationships and continuously support their customers rather than focusing only on acquiring new accounts.

 

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Enjoys meeting new people and networking.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Is comfortable using smartphones and digital applications.
  • Has previous experience in sales, business development or customer service (preferred but not required).
