Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Upcountry
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment,
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll administration
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate performance management and staff appraisal processes
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs
Qualifications
- B.A HRM, Business Admin, or a related field.
- A Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management, Organisation Psychology
- Minimum of 2-4 years’experience, preferably in a manufacturing
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
