Job Title: Stock Controller
Duty station: Kampala Uganda
Job Description
The Stock Controller, will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, well-organized
storage environment and coordinating with store managers and other managers to guarantee smooth operations. This role is vital in preventing shortages/ stock-outs, minimizing losses, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations with timely customer deliveries.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies in both the system and physical.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the ordering team to reorder items in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of stock to ensure proper handling and easy accessibility.

- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records, investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
- Track damages, or losses and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in preparing stock reports, forecasts, and inventory analyses for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and storage regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve stock-related issues efficiently.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and purchasing teams to maintain efficient stock flow.
- Inspect and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes for quantity and quality.
- Monitor and track slow-moving or obsolet stock and propose appropriate actions to prevent financial losses.
- Continuously improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize stock availability
- Work closely with store staff, sales teams, and management to align stock levels with business needs.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in procurement, logistics, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in stock management, inventory control preferably in the tile, sanitary ware, ceramics and construction sector or related filed.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (Tally or similar).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager
Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan covering brand positioning, digital channels, content, PR, and events. You will manage and expand our online presence (LinkedIn, website, and other social media platforms). The role also will ensure growth of our sales and brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research and analysis.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to drive growth.
- Work with and guide the business in the introduction of suitable products to ensure growth in the customer numbers.
- Manage product launches and oversee brand management.
- Build and implement digital marketing strategies and strengthen brand presence online.
- Lead internal processes for sourcing external service providers for digital, advertising, communications, creative, PR & sustainability services.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for marketing and communications department
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand customer base through use of appropriate marketing channels and communications medium.
- Provide strategic direction towards strengthening mirage’s reputation and relationships with key customers and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in online advertising.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
