Role Description
We are looking for energetic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Proficient in customer service practices with demonstrated ability to handle client inquiries effectively.
- Experience in sales, with knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to support team objectives.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks, documentation, and time efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a client-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency with sales software and office tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking on camera and comfortable creating promotional video content.
- Basic understanding of technology and software systems.
- Ability to use smartphones, email, WhatsApp, and social media professionally.
- Willingness to travel for field work and client deployments.
- Sales or customer care experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Payment structure
- Attractive commission on every successful sale and deployment and
- A Monthly fixed retainer
