PLUMBER
Join our team and help us maintain quality, safety and comfort in every property we manage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Detect and fix leaks, blockages and pipe issues.
- Ensure all plumbing work meets safety and quality standards.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Read and interpret building plans and plumbing layouts.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work area in good condition.
- Work with the facilities/maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a plumber.
- Certificate in Plumbing or related qualification.
- Good knowledge of pipe systems, fittings and plumbing codes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Physically fit and able to work in various conditions.
- Punctual, honest and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
