Regional Sales Manager – Fiber (FTTH/FTTx)

We’re looking for a hands-on commercial leader to drive FTTH/FTTx sales performance across assigned regions, owing gross additions, revenue and customer retention while leading assigned Team Leaders and managing our Operating Partners (OPs) to deliver.
What you’ll do
- Deliver regional sales, revenue and Month retention targets through disciplined execution and performance management
- Own OP relationships — holding partners accountable for headcount, productivity, payouts and governance
- Drive world-class field execution: route discipline, D2D standards, KYC quality and customer experience
- Coach Team Leaders and Supervisors, and build a high-performing sales force on the ground
- Partner with CVM, Marketing, Finance and Technical to remove blockers and fuel sustainable growth
What you bring
- 5+ years in telecoms/ISP, FMCG or B2C sales, with strong field and channel experience
- 3+ years leading multi-layered sales teams against volume and revenue targets
- Experience managing outsourced partners or agencies (scorecards, PIPs, performance frameworks)
- Solid grasp of FTTH/FTTx commercials and comfort with performance data, funnels and CRM tools
- A field-first, accountable leadership style — driving discipline while keeping teams engaged
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
