Role – Sales Executives
Location – Namanve Industrial Park
Job purpose
You will be responsible for meeting a monthly and annual sales target within the Area of Jurisdiction by responding to all in-coming enquiries to the department, writing proposals, meeting clients, co-coordinating all details relating to the sales events. Reports will be needed to be prepared, including weekly target status for the team, some pro-active sales activity will need to be conducted, and reported to the sales and Marketing Head
Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any other related field
  • Minimum   of   2   years’   experience in a sales environment and 2 years minimum experience as a sales Executives.
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Experience in client retention strategies

Responsibilities
 Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets as per the company budget given for a particular given period.
 Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing good solutions.
 Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
 Responsible for understanding customer needs and present tailored solutions, and negotiate deals.
 Responsible for delivering engaging sales presentations, proposals to prospective clients and negotiating contracts and agreements.
 Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
 Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
 To ensure compliance of sales processes, policies and procedures
 Getting acquainted with Integrated management Systems for the company (ISO 9001:2025, ISO14001:2025 &45001:2018)
 To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.
 To maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through attendance at networking and promotional events
