Role – Sales Executives
Location – Namanve Industrial Park
Job purpose
You will be responsible for meeting a monthly and annual sales target within the Area of Jurisdiction by responding to all in-coming enquiries to the department, writing proposals, meeting clients, co-coordinating all details relating to the sales events. Reports will be needed to be prepared, including weekly target status for the team, some pro-active sales activity will need to be conducted, and reported to the sales and Marketing Head
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any other related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment and 2 years minimum experience as a sales Executives.
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Experience in client retention strategies
Responsibilities
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets as per the company budget given for a particular given period.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing good solutions.
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
Responsible for understanding customer needs and present tailored solutions, and negotiate deals.
Responsible for delivering engaging sales presentations, proposals to prospective clients and negotiating contracts and agreements.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
To ensure compliance of sales processes, policies and procedures
Getting acquainted with Integrated management Systems for the company (ISO 9001:2025, ISO14001:2025 &45001:2018)
To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.
To maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through attendance at networking and promotional events
