KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales growth and achieve set targets for Lifeline packaged drinking water and related products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery and follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback to help improve products and sales strategies.
- Ensure effective merchandising and visibility of Lifeline products in the market.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in MCG (biscuits, confectionery or similar products).
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve set targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Valid driver’s licence.
