OFFICIAL DUTIES
- Bulld and coach a high-performing sales team
- Set and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Develop and executesales strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM
- Negotiate and close high-valve deals
- Analyze market trends and competition
- Strong knowledge of the local market
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing
- Atleast 3 years experience in field
- Age 30-35 yrs

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any business-related course
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in sales field
- Strong understanding of the real-estate industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to execute effective marketing strategies
- Self-motivated, result driven and able to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to collaborate with production, procurement and design team
