Sales & Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Mission-driven & Agile person with a strong Business/Marketing background to join our team as a Marketing Officer.
JOB SUMMARY
In this role, the Marketing Officer will be part of a team that is in charge of our Go to Market Strategy, maintaining a quality sales pipeline of BANT qualified leads, managing Brand & Communications among others.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Deliver compelling business
presentations to prospects based on our
Value proposition. - Execute and support the company’s go-to-market strategy for new and existing products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads using BANT criteria.
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.
- Build, manage, and continuously update a healthy sales funnel to support revenue growth.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in a marketing role or similar position.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Exceptional Presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail.
- Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area.
- Experience in content creation, branding, and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
