Sandi AI Technologies is looking for a passionate, results-driven, and energetic individual to join our growing team as a Sales & Marketing Officer.
ABOUT SANDI AI
Sandi AI uses AI-powered and community-based financing models to help underserved rural communities access clean energy and water technologies without collateral, upfront payments, or traditional credit systems.
🕒 Position Type: Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Drive customer acquisition and sales growth
✔ Mobilise and onboard savings groups, SACCOs, and community partners
✔ Conduct field outreach and product demonstrations
✔ Build partnerships with NGOs, cooperatives, and financial institutions
✔ Develop and implement sales and market expansion strategies
✔ Track sales performance, leads, and customer engagement
✔ Support community awareness and business growth activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 1–2 years experience in sales, marketing, field mobilisation, or business development
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Experience working with rural communities, SACCOs, or VSLAs is an added advantage
✔ Self-motivated with ability to meet targets
✔ Willingness to travel and conduct field activities
✔ Passion for clean energy, innovation, and social impact
