Job Purpose
To drive livestock business growth by providing veterinary advisory services, promoting and selling animal health products and services, and expanding EzyAgric’s livestock customer network.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Drive sales of veterinary drugs, vaccines, feeds, supplements, and livestock-related products.
· Identify, recruit, and onboard livestock farmers onto the EzyAgric platform.
· Develop and manage relationships with livestock farmer groups, cooperatives, SACCOs, and commercial farms.
· Conduct field demonstrations, product promotions, and farmer sensitization campaigns.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for livestock products and services.
Veterinary Advisory Services
· Provide technical animal health support and advisory services to farmers.
· Support disease surveillance, reporting, and farmer education on livestock disease prevention and management.
· Advise farmers on vaccination schedules, nutrition, breeding, biosecurity, and animal welfare.
Farmer Engagement and Training
· Organize and facilitate farmer training, field days, and livestock clinics.
· Promote adoption of digital tools and EzyAgric services among livestock farmers.
Data Collection and Reporting
· Maintain accurate sales and farmer records using digital tools.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales and field activity reports.
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Production, Animal Health, Veterinary Pharmacy, Livestock Production, or related field.
· At least 2 years of experience in veterinary sales, livestock extension, or animal health services.
· Experience working with commercial farmers, agribusinesses and livestock cooperatives is an added advantage.

· Strong sales and negotiation skills
· Good knowledge of animal health products and livestock management
· Excellent communication and farmer engagement skills
· Digital literacy and ability to use mobile application
· Relationship management and customer service orientation
