Topowa Youth Mentoring Uganda is seeking a passionate, strategic, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Planning & Programs Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about youth empowerment, mentorship, program growth, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will:
- Lead organizational strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with schools, organizations, and stakeholders
- Develop systems and strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and sustainability
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Project Planning & Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Work & Social Administration, Community Psychology, Public Administration Or a related field
- A Master’s Degree or professional training in strategic management or project management is an added advantage.
