Washing Bay(Car Wash) Manager – Nansana*
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Washing Bay Manager to lead daily operations at our busy vehicle washing facility in Nansana.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who combines operational discipline with exceptional people and client management skills.
You will be the face of the business, responsible for ensuring every customer drives away satisfied while keeping the team motivated, the premises impeccable, and the business profitable.
Qualifications & Experience
• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) as a minimum; a diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in a service-oriented business (washing bay, garage, hotel, retail, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing a team of at least 5 people.
• Experience handling cash and preparing basic financial reports.
• Familiarity with the Nansana/Wakiso area is an advantage.
• Valid national ID (NIN) required.
