Hugamara Group is looking for Kitchen Managers to oversee daily kitchen operations, drive quality control, and lead our production team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, coordinate production activities, and ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff schedules, productivity, discipline, and performance while supporting overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor food costs, inventory management, stock rotation, and implement wastage reduction initiatives.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, while overseeing equipment maintenance and preparing operational reports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in professional kitchen operations (previous supervisory or kitchen management experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and cost control skills; experience in high-volume hospitality operations is an added advantage!
