We are Hiring: Butchers (05) – Central Kitchen
Are you a skilled butcher experienced in high-volume meat processing?
Hugamara Group is looking for Butchers in Kampala to handle professional meat cutting, portioning, and marination for our Central Kitchen!
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, debone, trim, and portion various meats (beef, poultry, lamb, fish) according to company standards.
- Execute meat marination and seasoning preparations based on approved recipes and production plans.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards while cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or training in Butchery, Food Production, or a related field (an added advantage).
- 2 – 4 years of experience in professional butchery operations.
- Strong knowledge of meat handling and storage; experience in high-volume hospitality or Central Kitchen setups is preferred!
