Hugamara Group is looking for Hotline Cooks in Kampala to prepare high-quality meals, manage assigned kitchen sections, and deliver exceptional service operations!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes, maintaining top-tier quality, taste, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage assigned kitchen sections efficiently during service, ensuring the timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
- Support overall food prep, including sauces, seasoning, plating, and strict portion control to minimize wastage.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and strict food safety standards while coordinating effectively with the kitchen team.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field (an added advantage).
- 2 – 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food preparation standards; experience in restaurant or high-volume hospitality operations is preferred!
