Are you a culinary leader experienced in high-volume production?
Hugamara Group is looking for Head Chefs to oversee our Central Kitchen operations, drive quality, and lead our production teams!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations, production planning, and menu execution.
- Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, and hygiene/safety.
- Manage food costs, inventory, portioning, and wastage reduction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- 5+ years in a busy professional kitchen (previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience preferred).
- Strong background in high-volume operations; Central Kitchen experience is a plus!
