Hugamara Group is looking for Chefs De Partie to manage a dedicated kitchen section, ensure high food standards, and support high-volume operations in our Central Kitchen!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned kitchen section during food production, ensuring preparation, presentation, and portion control meet company standards.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections and support Head and Sous Chefs in daily operations and timely execution.
- Monitor stock usage to minimize food wastage while ensuring strict compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization within workstations.
Qualifications:
- Certificate, Diploma, or training in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (an added advantage).
- 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food preparation standards; experience in high-volume hospitality or Central Kitchen setups is preferred!
