The Bank Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting banking services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive positive impact in the communities while growing revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Will primarily driving the acquisition of women clients under the Stanbic for Her Programme and ensure achievement of Project goals., The role is accountable for achieving defined performance metrics, including monthly sales volumes, client onboarding targets, product adoption rates, and the effective rollout of financialinclusion initiatives that enable sustainable livelihood improvement. |

| Job purpose | Stanbic Bank Uganda, under Stanbic for Her, seeks to reach 1,500,000 women by providing a comprehensive package of financial and non-financial services anchored in a graduation model. The Project Sales consultant will serve as the primary driver of client acquisition and project execution, ensuring women are successfully onboarded onto group accounts, individual accounts, FlexiPay wallets, merchant solutions, SACCO digitization platforms, Enterprise Online Banking, and other financial products.

| Responsibilities | Sales acquisition for individual women, groups, digital wallets, and group digitalization
Promote and solution banking services including loans, savings accounts, credit cards, and investment services. • Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs and recommend tailored solutions. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Experience
2–4 years’ experience in banking, financial services, sales, business development, customer acquisition, relationship management, or financial inclusion programmes.
Personal competencies • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge Competencies • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field. |
