YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
Client Query & Complaint Resolution | Transaction Processing | KYC & Data Management | CRM
Maintenance | Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with experience in customer care or financial services being an added advantage
- Sound understanding of the financial services industry and client relationship management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office
