Rosewood Motel is a growing hospitality brand located in Nansana, Kampala, focused on
providing comfortable and accessible accommodation. As we expand our digital presence, we
are building a strong online booking and customer engagement system to drive consistent
occupancy and brand visibility.
Role Overview
The Digital Admin & Sales Executive will manage all online operations of Rosewood Motel,
including social media, customer inquiries, bookings, and digital marketing. This role is
responsible for turning online traffic into actual bookings and ensuring smooth
communication between online clients and the on-ground team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Manage and grow motel social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Post content consistently such as rooms, offers, experiences, and promotions
• Engage with comments, messages, and audience interactions
• Work with content creators or designers where needed
2. Online Customer Management
• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and calls where necessary
• Provide accurate information on room availability, pricing, location, and amenities
• Maintain professional and persuasive communication
3. Booking and Sales Conversion
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Manage and track all online reservations
• Follow up on potential clients
• Coordinate bookings with the on-ground front desk team
4. Digital Marketing and Promotions
• Execute marketing campaigns and offers
• Promote discounts, packages, and seasonal deals
• Identify opportunities to increase bookings
• Support paid ads if applicable
5. Platform Management
• Manage listings on booking platforms if used
• Ensure pricing, availability, and photos are up to date
• Monitor and respond to reviews
6. Reporting and Tracking
• Track number of inquiries, conversion rates, and booking sources
• Provide weekly performance reports
• Suggest improvements based on data
Requirements
Education
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, online sales, customer service, or
admin roles
Skills and Competencies
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Social media management skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Organized and responsive
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms
Technical Skills
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook tools
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
