Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media & Administration Executive, based in Kampala, Uganda, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual in this role will manage and execute social media strategies, create and schedule engaging content, and oversee digital marketing campaigns to enhance the association’s online presence. Responsibilities also include coordinating administrative tasks, supporting event planning, managing communications, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Competence in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and demonstrate flexibility
  • Experience with analytics tools and reporting is an advantage
  • Familiarity with customer experience concepts is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
