HEAD OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, MA,) or equivalent.
• Professional certification in Human Resource Management.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant and progressive experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRMIS platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and strategic people management capabilities.
