Job Summary: Ramex Petroleum is seeking to recruit a competent, experienced, and results-oriented Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring effective management of human resources within the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staff retention
- Oversee employee relations and workplace discipline
- Coordinate staff performance management and appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Manage training, development, and employee welfare programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Advise management on HR-related matters and organizational development
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- A Postgraduate qualification in HR is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
