Procurement Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking one (01) male aged 27-40 years highly organized for the position of a Procurement Officer. This role isto ensure smooth administrative coordination and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate and maintain suppliers, negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery lead time, and establish and improve the supplier database.
• Collect market price information, conduct cost analysis, optimize procurement budget, and complete monthly and annual procurement information summary.
• Formulate procurement early warning plans for the next year to avoid supply chain risks and ensure the continuity of procurement work.
  Follow up purchase orders, delivery scheduling, incoming inspection and stock replenishment, and complete procurement data filing in accordance with company requirements. Handle procurement documentation, contract drafting & review, reconcile payment with local banks and vendors, and cooperate with the financial department to meet relevant financial data requirements.
• Solve daily procurement abnormal issues including goods shortąge, delayed delivery and quality complaints.
